i'm an entrepreneur with the mission to accelerate circularity by creating a world where fixing products comes first. i studied industrial engineering, technology management and later entrepreneurship at ESCP business school among others and became speaker in the field of circular economy with a focus on repair and artificial intelligence as part of my journey.

having worked in the startup and tech world at various stations from uber to rocket Internet and consulting helped me realize that i wanted to focus on creating impact by tackling the climate crisis and i always believed that solutions of scale and impact with business transformation potential are needed - say hello to circularity. turns out, that helping out with electronics repairs during school holidays at my father's craft business planted the seeds for what would come after.

today my startup fixfirst helps make repair and circularity easy for repairers, manufacturers, retailers, insurances and even cities by building the operating system for circular services & products: an ai-powered software solution that increases repair efficiency by up to 70%, provides a 10x better customer experience and gives each product at least one additional life. plus, we're working on new a industry standard for diagnosis and repair.

if not working or spreading the word about circularity, i take on very selective consulting projects and mentoring engagements. privately, i enjoy regular runs, the occasional set of drums or a game of chess. i'm always curious to learn - especially about your repair stories and ideas to end the throw-away world!
